System Design
Cyberell's core competence is developing data analysis systems comprising
of data source, data storage, analysis software, and user interface. These
components can be located on a desktop or be distributed around the globe.
The analysis software is the cornerstone of a system designed by us.
The adopted approaches have typically a strong statistical foundation, which
is combined with the possibilities that current powerful computer
platforms can offer.
Cyberell's system design follows the standard software development process
from analysis to maintenance.
We collect initial requirements of the system and create specification of
the software architecture, its components and interactions, and the user
interface.
We create the first prototype rapidly and then cyclically refine and
adjust versions based on the user feedback.
Early prototypes may implement reduced sets of features but no compromises
are made to prevent their practical use.
Our approach is to keep code structure, quality, and level of
documentation such that the solution can be handed over to the customer at
any point.
The delivered solution can be used to make requirement specifications or
parts thereof can be reused in customer's production application - if not
used as such.
We commit to maintain and enhance our software to cope with new discovered
problems or requirements.
However, none of our solutions require our presence in order to be
operational and maintainable.
